Social Services

In order to meet the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical needs of our patients, Zion's Way Home Health & Hospice offers social services to our patients and their families. Social Workers offer counseling in regard to grief, anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and financial issues (including Medicare and Medicaid). When families and caregivers need help or just need assistance finding their way or getting pointed in the right direction, social services offer community resources and planning for transportation, meals and nutrition, companionship, and government and financial assistance.
