At Zion's Way, patient care plans are managed by registered nurses who play a key role in the day-to-day workings of our home health and hospice teams. They coordinate patient care with the attending physician as well as the rest of the interdisciplinary team. Zion's Way nurses are specially trained in all aspects of a patient's home health and hospice needs. It is their goal, as well as Zion's Way's goal as a professional organization, to extend the highest quality and compassionate care possible.
