Zion’s Way coordinates a team of friendly, experienced professionals to help you with your physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Our medically directed services develop individualized care plans to ensure the quality and suitability of pain reduction, stress management and life enhancing techniques. The Zion’s Way team consists of:

24/7 On-Call Service, your personal Physician, Zion's Way Medical Director, Registered Nurses/Case Managers, Licensed Social Workers, Certified Nurse’s Aides, Spiritual Care Counselors, Bereavement Coordinator, Dieticians, and Volunteers.

We provide this care in the patient’s home, nursing home, hospital or other care facility. Our staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We also offer medications, equipment and supplies related to the patient’s diagnosis. Zion’s Way specializes in multiple complementary and therapeutic treatments to better serve our patients and caregivers. Such services greatly increase a patient's quality of life, many of which are unique to Zion's Way Home Health and Hospice. These services include the following:

Aroma therapy, Art therapy, Gentle passing, pre-death guidance, Guided imagery, Homeopathic/nutritional consultations, Massage therapy, Music therapy, Pet therapy, Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy, Poetic play, Reflexology, Reminiscing, and Therapeutic touch.
