Zion's Way works with our patients, their caregivers and physicians to assess needs and recommend medical equipment and supplies. We make arrangements to obtain the necessary equipment related to our patients' medical diagnoses. Some of the medical equipment available includes oxygen, wheelchairs, walkers, hospital beds, shower chairs and rehabilitation supplies. Our goal at Zion's Way is to make home health and hospice care as convenient as possible for our patients and their families.
