Carol Citte is the co-owner and co-founder of Zion's Way Home Health & Hospice. She earned a bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. Carol has 26 years of experience working in sales and marketing. She also has 14 years experience as a health and fitness instructor, specializing in yoga and meditation. She enjoys her work as Director of Education at Zion's Way Home Health & Hospice as well as many hours of volunteer work.

While working with a national hospice agency, Carol felt more could be done to help hospice patients during their end of life care. Carol, along with her business partner, Shirley Haslam, founded Zion's Way to "raise the bar" in traditional and complementary hospice care.
